  1. Various estate improvement measures like HIP, VERS, or SERS should be carried out in MacPherson.

  1. The government should build a Community Hospital in MacPherson.

🤝 On poverty and social welfare

  1. Invite charities to set up free Traditional Chinese Medicine clinics and soup kitchens in MacPherson.
  2. Counselling should be offered as a social service.
